Pediatric Center happily takes most insurances. Please call your insurance company to make sure we are listed as providers, or call our office billing department for verification and assistance.
APPOINTMENT INFORMATION
Our office has several options for completing required new patient forms. Patient forms and documents may be completed in the office by arriving 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment or through our online Phreesia patient enrollment system. Phreesia allows the patient and/or legal guardians to complete forms and make payments from their homes, mobile devices, or computers. Use of the Phreesia system allows for a smoother check-in process.
